Return Policy

• Paddles for Sale: All paddles sold as part of our sale promotions are final sale and not eligible for returns.

• Non-Sale Paddles: Paddles purchased at regular price can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery, provided they have not been used. Opened paddles are eligible for return only if they show no signs of use.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty
We are proud to offer a 1-year warranty on all Olympus Pickleball paddles from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or performance issues under normal usage.

If you experience any issues covered by the warranty, please reach out to our support team with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect for a prompt resolution.
